Onsite Property Management will provide scheduled as well as post storm assessments on your property. Assessments will be performed by completing a detailed checklist which will be emailed to you. Included in these checklists are:
· Photos of each visit (interior and exterior)
· Checks of the electrical, water and heating systems
· Exterior checks for damage or signs of break-in
